Terms & Conditions

Bookings/Payments

  • Your booking is only complete once you’re booking fee has been received.
  • All booking fees are nonrefundable, we require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment, anything less than 48 hours your booking fee will be retained.
  • Booking fees are only held on your account for a maximum of 6 months from the date of payment.
  • All prices are correct at time of booking. Prices are subject to change at any time without written notice.
  • If you have booked within a course of treatments and cancellation is issued with less than 24 hours’ notice, then the treatment within that course is immediately lost.
  • All individual treatments and course packages are non-refundable.
  • All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  • If you have booked a course of treatments and subsequently change your mind, we cannot issue a refund, change the treatments included or credit against an alternative treatment.
  • Please note that cancelled appointments need to be recognised with written communication.
  • Booking fees received by Enhance Me Permanent Cosmetics and Aesthetics is verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions, in the event of any cancellation.
  • If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will have the time deducted from the treatment if possible or may be cancelled and booking fee lost.
  • Medical and Consent Forms will be sent to you prior treatment, it is your responsibility to read, understand and accept all information stated.
  • A 2-week cooling off period is given.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Treatments

  • Enhance Me Permanent Cosmetics and Aesthetics fully reserve the right to refuse treatments.
  • By Proceeding with treatment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
  • In rare situations, complications can arise (listed in consent forms sent prior to treatment). If you feel you are experiencing anything abnormal, please contact our clinic immediately, if it is outside of working hours please call the out of hours emergency line – 07596073843
  • Consultations are included in treatment time.
  • Enhance Me Permanent Cosmetics and Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for client aftercare. Instructions are provided but client choices are down to the individual.

Injectables

  • For any filler treatment it can take 2-6 weeks for the filler to completely settle – this will be confirmed at the appointment by the practitioner, on which time length is appropriate.
  • PDO threads have a healing time of 6 weeks, and clients will be given an aftercare document detailing the timeline.
  • Anti wrinkle treatments may require a top up that has to be booked in the 2-3 week timeframe from the first initial appointment. If the 3 week mark passes no further product can be administered until 3 months later.

Semi-Permanent Makeup/Tiny Tattoos

  • The follow up appointment for Semi Permanent make up must be booked 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment and are at a charge of £25.00.
  • Enhance Me Permanent Cosmetics and Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of the pigment, lifestyle, skin type, age and aftercare are all factors that can affect the pigment. If multiple top ups are needed, these are chargeable.
  • Correction or top ups of other consultant’s work is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to individual pricing or can be refused by the practitioner.
  • Any adjustments made after initial appointment are chargeable.
  • Dependant on placement of the Tiny Tattoo, multiple top ups may be required and are a chargeable fee.

Clinic Rules/Child Policy

  • For the comfort of all our guests we respectfully ask that anyone under the age of 18 are not brought into the Enhance Me clinic and we do not provide a waiting area or facilities for their care whilst your treatments are being performed. Children must not be left unattended anywhere in the Enhance Me clinic.
  • Enhance Me Aesthetics complies and supports the Challenge 25 procedure. If any client looks under the age of 25, staff members at Enhance Me reserve the right to ask for ID to be presented prior to the treatment. It must be a valid form of ID such as a passport, birth certificate or driving licence. Please note they must be in active and in date.
  • Any form of rudeness, disrespectful behaviour, or inappropriate language towards our staff, clients, or anyone associated with our services will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services or access to our clinic.

Challenge 25

Enhance Me Aesthetics complies and supports the Challenge 25 procedure. If any client looks under the age of 25, staff members at Enhance Me reserve the right to ask for ID to be presented prior to the treatment. It must be a valid form of ID such as a passport, birth certificate or driving licence. Please note they must be in active and in date.
